Saint James Marina to Osprey Marina

Beautiful Day today. We left close to 8:00 on our way to Osprey Marina. We had let our friends Tom and Pat Smyth know about the timing of our day and they offered to give us a ride to pick up a rental car tomorrow. Amazingly they were able to get the timing down so that when we passed a bridge and boat ramp they were waiting and able to get a couple of pictures of us passing by.
They gave us a call right after we passed. If you look closely at the picture, you can see Rosemary looking right at the camera. We had some excitement along the way as we passed a couple of well known trouble spots along the ICW at low tide (Lockwood's Folly and Shallott Inlet).
I can only take credit for knowing about Bob423 and his expert advice and tracks and using them when needed. We saw 3' under the boat at the lowest point. If we were not aware about the alternate routes we would have run aground in the middle of the channel.
We arrived at Osprey Marina at 2:30 after taking our time on a very busy Saturday. Got a pump out and topped off the tanks and added about 150 gallons of fuel at one of the most reasonable sources for diesel fuel on the ICW - 1.88 / gallon. We will spend the night at the fuel dock and move tomorrow (11/8) to the slip where we will leave the boat for two months.
