Indian River Marina to Norfolk

                                                             Passing Chincoteague

The weather on Tuesday was pretty much as predicted.  Calm and getting calmer further going South.  We did have a steady diet of three foot swells which did not make Rosemary or Parker happy.  Very overcast and we did see some light rain.  We left Indian River Marina at 8:15 AM and arrived at Norfolk, Waterside Marina at 3:30 PM.  We used about 130 gallons of fuel.  Crazy busy port.  Largest military/navy installation in the world.  So busy!!  We got dinner at Norfolk Seafood Company and Big Easy Oyster Bar, takeout.  Lots of restaurants, parks, etc open even during Covid.  Parker really liked the location.

  2. We are aware. Pushing on early tomorrow morning from Coinjock. Hope to get past the Alligator swing bridge before the wind picks up. Will spend two days in Belhaven if the plan hold together.
